Islamic trade finance · Robinhood Chain
Real trade, underwritten in the open.
A Lloyd's-shaped market on Robinhood Chain. Members fund tranches of trade finance, Syndicates raise the capital, and Agencies manage it with their own stake at risk. Every rule is in the contracts.
Three roles, one ledger
- Agencies
- Decide where capital goes, within approved strategies. They take a fee only on realised profit above a high-water mark, capped at 20% and at twice their own stake's share of the capital they manage. When a tranche loses money, their stake is burned alongside the Members' Sukuks.
- Syndicates
- Raise the capital. There are 500 seats, sold once before launch. Each seat's owner chooses the Agency that manages its capital and receives a raising fee in SUKUK on the capital the seat brings in.
- Members
- Bring the capital. They buy Sukuks with USDG, choose a lock from 3 to 36 months, and share in their tranche's outcome while the lock runs: credits from its realised profit, burns from its losses.

Where the USDG goes
Your USDG funds one tranche, deployed into SukukFi's duPRT vaults, which finance trade receivables. When the vault pays realised profit, the Agency takes its fee and the rest buys SUKUK on the official pool. For capital still locked in Sukuks, half of what is bought is credited to those Sukuks and half is burned; for capital whose lock has ended, all of it is burned. Principal the vault pays back goes to the protocol's reserve, not to you.
Where we are
The contracts are written, reviewed internally and through three automated audit passes, and are going to external audit. The seat sale opens when they are deployed, and Sukuks follow once the seats are sold.
